Flavour: Nice and medium sharp goat’s cheese flavour.

Description: The cheese can be traced back to the goat’s birth, through suckling, giving birth and life as a dairy goat. They are fed with hay from the fields of the farm and from a field down by Atna. In May and October, they graze on our flower meadows by the farm. From June to September, they are on the mountain farm. The goat’s good food makes good milk, and good milk makes good cheese!
