Lygre Livsgard

We produce organic brown goat’s cheese, organic kefir from goat’s milk and organic quark (fresh cheese). The milk comes from goats that are allowed outdoors all year round, and are with their babies during the day. We only milk them in the morning.

They are not given concentrate feed, only Norwegian grain as bait. In the winter, the goats eat a mix of organic hay that we have produced ourselves and bought from other farms.
