Description: Many people think of “prim” as a soft spread that you put on a slice of bread, but the Søtprim from Jakobsplass is actually a proper brown cheese. It is made from cow’s and goat’s milk and has a little bit of added sugar — which you can guess from the name — and is cooked the old-fashioned way in a wood-fired pot. What is luxury? Maybe it is replacing a normal brown cheese with Søtprim from Jakobsplass.
