Description: Myrdal white goat’s cheese with Italian truffle, made at Tysnes in Western Norway, is a delicious cheese with a soft texture and perfect balance between cheese and the wonderful truffle flavour. The cheese tastes amazing with a glass of white wine or melted on top of fresh pasta or a steak. The cheese won a gold medal at the 2018 World Cheese Awards!
