Flavour: Flavourful, full-bodied and round.

Description: Quality milk and long maturation time in perfect conditions give the cheese a mature and round flavour. Use on a slice of bread or with a glass of red wine. It is also very suitable as an ingredient in hot dishes or in burgers with its intense flavour and good melting properties. The cheese received a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2018, and a bronze medal in 2019!
