  • Description: Myrdal Edam Cheese is a semi-hard cheese made according to a traditional Dutch recipe. In Norway, this type of cheese is traditionally eaten during the Christmas season, but can be used just as well as an everyday cheese on slices or biscuits. Edam cheese has red wax on the rind, which is well suited for storage and ripening. The weight is 500g.
