Eggen Gardsysteri
Eggen Gardsysteri ble etablert i 2001 av Liv og Ola. I 2020 tok Marius og Lotte over. Ysteriet er bygd vegg i vegg med fjøskjøkkenet. Mjølka pumpes direkte fra mjølktanken og over i ystekaret.
Galåvolden Gård
Galåvolden Gård was established in 1721, and today, the 9th and 10th generations run the farm and local food production. We have a farm museum and a farm shop that you can stop by. The farm shop open every day, except Sunday.
Uppistog Gard
Uppistog Gard Uppistog farm is located in the middle of Setesdalen. We have 30 dairy goats that maintain a selected old cultural landscape.
Valdresmeieriet
At our farm in Valdres, our family has processed raw materials from nature for generations, and in 2011 we chose to carry on some of these traditions and established Valdresmeieriet. Today we are located in modern dairy buildings at Fosheim in Røn.
Setane Gardsysteri
Setane is a farm on a steep hill in Nissedal in Telemark, which was cleared in 1801. A new goat barn and dairy were established in 2010. This year, we are expanding the dairy with a “Primbu” (“Prim shed”) and will start making Prim, a traditional soft cheese, this summer. We also produce white goat’s cheese.
Tingvollost
Tingvollost's cheeses have won several awards. In 2016, the blue cheese Kraftkar won the award for the world's best cheese. Farm shop monday - saturday.
Olestølen Mikroysteri
Olestølen in Valdres is located at 1,000 meters above sea level. In July and August, visitors can learn about the mountain farm life in close contact with animals and nature - join in stirring the brown cheese while it is cooking in a wood-fired iron pot and taste handmade milk products right from the farm.
Lega Ysteri
Genuine goat cheese, prime, and hard cheese from goat and cow. Lega wants to bring the values of farming into the dairy, bakery and shop.
Elvekanten Ysteri
The small dairy has various cheeses in its range, with the well-aged Gammel-Erik as its flagship. It is stored for a minimum of 10 months.
Ryfylke Gardsysteri
Our names are Hilde and Joar Hauge, and we run Ryfylke Gardsysteri and live in Fister in Ryfylke. Here, we have dairy cows and free-range chickens.
