Stavanger Ysteri

Stavanger Ysteri is located in an old packaging factory in Stavanger East. This district was once the heart of the local fishing and canned food industry. It is a combination of traditional craftsmanship, theory and research that has made Stavanger Ysteri a pioneer in a growing movement of small organic producers.

Slettevollen gardsysteri

Slettevollen gardsysteri is a small family-run cheese factory by the Sognefjord. We use milk from our own cows to produce cheese and other sour milk products.

Stordalen Gardsbruk

Skarsmoen

Vi brenner for å produsere mat med lokale ressurser. Våre 60 geiter tilbringer sommeren på fjellet hvor de blir melket på sætra. All melken foredles direkte på gården og osten selges i lokale butikker.

Brubekken Gårdsmeieri

Brubekken gardsmeieri i Angvik foredler melk og kjøtt fra ku og geit. Her produseres brun og kvitost, rømme, smør, pultost og gammelost.

Haslemo Ysteri

Farm dairy with shop at Aurdal farm in Vats. White and brown goat’s cheese. They produce the goat cheese both at the mountain farm at Haukeli and in their own dairy on the main farm.

Bryn Gardsmeieri

Bryn Gårdsmeieri is a farm established on new land in the 30's. There have always been goats on the farm, but the farm dairy was not established until 2002. Since then, we have processed all the fresh goat's milk ourselves. We produce a wide range of cheeses, and we are constantly developing new products.

Ryfylke Gardsysteri

Our names are Hilde and Joar Hauge, and we run Ryfylke Gardsysteri and live in Fister in Ryfylke. Here, we have dairy cows and free-range chickens.

Winther Ysteri

Siri Helen Winther, founder and owner of Winther Artisan Food & Restaurant, has a special love of cheese. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with Norwegian raw material producers, and in recent years she has been a judge for the World Cheese Awards.

Ostegården

Ostegården started in 2007 with a desire to make better use of the resources on the farm. The choice fell on cheese production. The farm is a small dairy farm with only 12 dairy cows grazing on "old meadows" with a great diversity of grass types.
