Snertingdal Ysteri

Snertingdal Ysteri is an old cheese factory from 1919 that has been restored from 2018 until today. We have started the cheese production up again, like they did 100 years ago. Here, we are preserving a strong cultural history and protection of buildings, creating jobs in the village, protecting the environment and bringing back the cheeses produced in this building.

Eggen Gardsysteri

Eggen Gardsysteri ble etablert i 2001 av Liv og Ola. I 2020 tok Marius og Lotte over. Ysteriet er bygd vegg i vegg med fjøskjøkkenet. Mjølka pumpes direkte fra mjølktanken og over i ystekaret.

Tveitakjerring

The farm is located at Tveit, on the east side of Tysnes. Here, we have sheep and goats that help us to keep the landscape open. The goats produce milk for the cheese production.

Avdem Gardsysteri

Avdem is located in the mountain village of Lesja – at the top of Gudbrandsdalen, 600 meters above sea level. The farm is among the oldest in the village, around 2000 years old. Since the late 1700s, the farm has been in the same family, and today's farmers are the eighth generation.

Dovre Ysteri

Dovre Ysteri has a long tradition of making cheese. Today, globally award-winning white mould cheese is made at the small dairy, which is located in scenic surroundings in Gudbrandsdalen.

Grindal Ysteri

Grindal Ysteri is a small, organic farm dairy in Rennebu. Here we produce fresh and unpasteurised milk from our animals; cow and goat. At Grindal, we make use of the qualities the place has given us.

Jerseymeieriet

PRODUSENTER Jerseymeieriet Herikstad Gaard er eit familiebruk som ligg på Herikstad, rett sør for Bryne i Rogaland. Her har me mjølkeproduksjon, grasfôra storfekjøt, sauehald, og nokon høner. I tillegg til meieriet driv me grasbasert husdyrproduksjon, og legg stor vekt på å vera mest mogleg sjølforsynt med fôr til dyra våre. Me nyttar heller ikkje soya…

Slettevollen gardsysteri

Slettevollen gardsysteri is a small family-run cheese factory by the Sognefjord. We use milk from our own cows to produce cheese and other sour milk products.

Selseng Gardsysteri

Our farm is a homestead where we are the third generation. Goats have always been the main source of income on the farm. In summer, the animals go to the mountain farm Anestølen, which is 3 km from the main farm.

Voll Ysteri

Voll Ysteri became the first dairy in Norway to receive permission to produce unpasteurised cheese. The building itself is from 1901 and is the first cooperative dairy in Jæren. The lovely cheese, Jærosten, is made here.
