Our farm is a homestead where we are the third generation. Goats have always been the main source of income on the farm. In summer, the animals go to the mountain farm Anestølen, which is 3 km from the main farm.

t was my great-grandmother who taught me how to make cheese more than 30 years ago. She is also the one who is pictured on the label. Askelin - the brown goat cheese is cooked on a wood-fired oven.

The dairy started in 2016 and is located in the basement of the main house, where goat’s cheese has been made since the early 1940's.
