In our small farm dairy, part of the farm's own organic milk is processed into delicious cheeses and natural yoghurt.
Next to the cheese shop, we have a lovely little farm shop you can visit all year round.
Jerseymeieriet
PRODUSENTER Jerseymeieriet Herikstad Gaard er eit familiebruk som ligg på Herikstad, rett sør for Bryne i Rogaland. Her har me mjølkeproduksjon, grasfôra storfekjøt, sauehald, og nokon høner. I tillegg til meieriet driv me grasbasert husdyrproduksjon, og legg stor vekt på å vera mest mogleg sjølforsynt med fôr til dyra våre. Me nyttar heller ikkje soya…
Strandli Gård
Strandli Gård is located in Fiplingdal, on the west side of the lake Fiplingvatnet, in Grane municipality. The farm has a milk production of approx. 160 tonnes, as well as pigs for meat production.
Ommang Søndre
Ommang Søndre is a biologically dynamic farm and agricultural cooperative located in Løten on Hedmarken. Here, organic/biological white and brown cheeses are made from cow's and goat's milk.
Gårdssysleriet
Gårdssysleriet is a family farm at Ytre Hægeland Gård in Øvrebø that makes handcrafted products using milk from its own dairy cows. All the products we sell are pure natural dairy products handmade by me, Cathinka Jerkø. Me and my husband, Kjell Øyvind Greibesland, run his family farm together.
Per-Hansagarden Gardsysteri
Per-Hansagarden is one of the oldest farms in Tydal and has a history dating back to the 1400s. The farm has had a tradition of keeping animals and mountain farming.
Skarsmoen
Vi brenner for å produsere mat med lokale ressurser. Våre 60 geiter tilbringer sommeren på fjellet hvor de blir melket på sætra. All melken foredles direkte på gården og osten selges i lokale butikker.
Munkeby Ysteri
In 2009, four Cistercian monks established themselves near some monastery ruins in Levanger. There, they live a life characterized by prayer and work, "Ora et labora". They started a small-scale dairy where they made cheese using old recipes from the mother monastery of Cîteaux in France.
Ostemaker Øverli
The dairy at Øverli Gård (Øverli Farm) is the only farm dairy in Finnmark county, maybe the northernmost in the world.
Winther Ysteri
Siri Helen Winther, founder and owner of Winther Artisan Food & Restaurant, has a special love of cheese. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with Norwegian raw material producers, and in recent years she has been a judge for the World Cheese Awards.
