Made with organic milk. Due to the sour taste and many irregularities in use, Norwegian chefs have given Nýr the favorite label. The cheese received silver at the World Cheese Championships in 2018.

Lykjylost (key cheese) is a semi-firm white cheese with cumin from Hamarsbøen Gard at the top of Hallingdal.
This is a gouda type made from pasteurized whole cow's milk. The cheeses mature for a minimum of 3 months. After 4 months of ripening, the lactose in the cheese is used up and can then be sold as lactose-free.

Synnøve Rabagast is made by experienced local oyster makers at Synnøve Findens dairy in Namsos. The cheese is produced from Norwegian milk that is brought in from approx. 150 farms in the Namdal region. The unique taste of the product comes from local ingredients, a completely unique cheese culture and 12 months of storage in the cellar at the cheese factory in Namsos. The cheese is covered with wax so that it retains its good taste until it is eaten.
