Description: Synnøve Gouda, matured 6 months, is a full-bodied, tasty and slightly stronger white cheese. The cheese is made in Namsos with local milk. The cheese works great on a slice of bread, in a grilled cheese sandwich and on pizza. It can also be enjoyed in smaller slices on salty crackers.
