Description: If you prefer more flavour, Rød Sau is a variant of Rød Ku (Red Cow) made with sheep's milk. The cheeses are made in limited editions and only sold in our hotel shop or at Bondens Marked (Farmer's Market). The cheese is perfect for Raclette or as a treat after dinner. Maturation time is 3 – 5 months.
