Description: Our brie is inspired by the French cheese Brillat Savarin, which is a triple-creamed white mould cheese. The triple cream means that it has plenty of extra cream added for an extra creamy texture and extra good taste. The cheese is young/medium matured from 10 days to 6 weeks.
