NM in Ost at DOGA October 22:

On Friday 22 October, the year's best cheese was named at the NM in cheese. It all took place at DOGA in Oslo, where around 200 cheeses were tasted and assessed by 45 judges. In a super final, 10 of the judges judged the 10 best cheeses in front of 200 spectators. Osten Konrad from Stavanger Ysteri came away with the victory.
