Description: Jærosten belongs to the Raclette family, and has good melting properties, is good on bread and can be used on its own or with pears or grapes. The cheese has won three gold medals in the Norwegian Cheese Championships, been in the final of the competition Det Norske Måltid and won the honorary award "Farm Cheese of the Year".
