Skarsmoen
Vi brenner for å produsere mat med lokale ressurser. Våre 60 geiter tilbringer sommeren på fjellet hvor de blir melket på sætra. All melken foredles direkte på gården og osten selges i lokale butikker.
Bryn Gardsmeieri
Bryn Gårdsmeieri is a farm established on new land in the 30's. There have always been goats on the farm, but the farm dairy was not established until 2002. Since then, we have processed all the fresh goat's milk ourselves. We produce a wide range of cheeses, and we are constantly developing new products.
Himmelspannet
Himmelspannet cheese from Hemsedal is handmade, locally produced cheese based on milk from cows and goats. The animals graze in idyllic mountain areas and the cheeses are made in our premises in the centre of Hemsedal.
Krogedal ysteri
The farm is located in beautiful nature in western Norway a little up in the mountains east of Sandnes, is run as an ordinary farm for the area with milk production and sheep farming.
Kråkerøe-staulen og Flatdal meieri
Kråkeroe-staulen is located 900 meters above sea level at Møsstrond in the north of Seljord municipality. The mountain farm has a particularly nice location between the lakes Veisvik-vatnet and Kråkerøe-tjønni.
Tjamsland Gård Ysteri
We produce cheese and yogurt using cow's milk from our own cows. We currently have six dairy cows, which means that we can take extra good care of the cows. We also believe that the taste of the milk from Sidet Trønder and Nordlandsfe is particularly good, which of course characterises the flavour of our products.
Eggen Gardsysteri
Eggen Gardsysteri ble etablert i 2001 av Liv og Ola. I 2020 tok Marius og Lotte over. Ysteriet er bygd vegg i vegg med fjøskjøkkenet. Mjølka pumpes direkte fra mjølktanken og over i ystekaret.
Skjerdal Stølsysteri
On our farm in Skjerdal in Aurland, we run a small farm with goats and sheep and a horse that has its very special place in the business: We need it to bring firewood up to the mountain farm and the cheese we make down to the village.
Skarbø gard
With the good, fresh milk from our livestock, we make cheese in a new dairy in the hundred-year-old farmhouse. Here, we preserve the heritage of dairy farming at Skarbø from the old days, building on traditions from Carlos' Spanish family, who have taught us to make cheese as it has been done in the mountains of Sierra Nevada.
Ysteri Pultostskoppen
Ysteri Pultostkoppen was established in 2014. From the start, it was clear that pultost (traditional cheese) was the main product, that it should be handmade as much as possible, and that the soured skimmed milk should be heated on a wood-fired oven. We do not have our own cows, but luckily, we have been able to buy milk fresh from farms at Jevnaker.
