Description: Our cheese is made of milk from goats that are allowed to be outdoors all year round. We do not feed them concentrates but use a little bit of Norwegian grain as bait. The goats are grass and pasture fed. In the winter, they eat organic hay from our own farm and other farms. We only milk the goats in the morning. During the day, the baby goats go with them and get their share of the milk.
