Flavour: Mild at first but more intense as it matures, nutty flavour

Description: Camembert Eiker is often a bit hard at first, but it becomes soft and creamy as it matures. Smooth consistency and can be used in many ways. Very suitable for heating and works well as a starter, side dish and dessert. It is also a must on the cheese board.
