Avdem Gardsysteri

Avdem is located in the mountain village of Lesja – at the top of Gudbrandsdalen, 600 meters above sea level. The farm is among the oldest in the village, around 2000 years old. Since the late 1700s, the farm has been in the same family, and today's farmers are the eighth generation.

Kråkeroe-staulen is located 900 meters above sea level at Møsstrond in the north of Seljord municipality. The mountain farm has a particularly nice location between the lakes Veisvik-vatnet and Kråkerøe-tjønni.

Tjamsland Gård Ysteri

We produce cheese and yogurt using cow's milk from our own cows. We currently have six dairy cows, which means that we can take extra good care of the cows. We also believe that the taste of the milk from Sidet Trønder and Nordlandsfe is particularly good, which of course characterises the flavour of our products.

Hindrum Gårdsysteri is a farm dairy in the village of Hindrem in Fosen. Hindrum Nedre gård (Lower Hindrum farm) has been involved in organic milk production since 2009, and the farm dairy has been in production since 2014.

The farm is located at Tveit, on the east side of Tysnes. Here, we have sheep and goats that help us to keep the landscape open. The goats produce milk for the cheese production.

We are a family farm on Åmøy, a small island on the beautiful Helgeland coast. Our dairy cows roam freely with a view of the sea. Many other animals enjoy life on our farm, such as chickens, rabbits, cats, dogs, horses, bees and alpacas.

Kandal Ysteri

Kandal is a village with long traditions of goat farming, and goat’s cheese was made here until 1954. There was also a dairy school here, which trained over 200 dairy workers.
