Description: Pultost is our main product. We produce around 2000-2500 kilograms per year. No two Pultost cheeses are the same. Not even here, where we make Pultost so often, do we get it the same every time. The cheese is affected by what the cow eats, how far along she is in lactation, souring and maturation. It makes Pultost an exciting, but also challenging product to make. We were awarded bronze in 2015 and silver in 2017 in the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships for our Pultost.
