Description: A white cheese developed with inspiration from a French camembert. A traditional camembert is made from slightly more soured milk and becomes soft and in some cases even liquid. Can be eaten after a few weeks, but the flavour of the cheese develops while the cheese matures and tastes best after about 2 months
