Tingvollost

Tingvollost Tingvollost is a family-run farm dairy that makes white and blue mould cheeses from pasteurised cow's milk from their own farm.

Tingvollost was established in 2003 at Saghaugh gard (Saghaug farm) in Tingvoll municipality in the Nordmøre region. The farm has a long history of crafts dating back to 1303, and today, three generations live together at the farm.

Tingvollost's cheeses have won several awards. In 2016, the blue cheese Kraftkar won the award for the world's best cheese, and the world's best cheese of all time, and so Norwegian cheese was put on the map properly.

All four cheeses from Tingvollost have won medals at the World Cheese Awards.
