Description: Synnøve Fløtemys is a mild brown cheese with a delicate, light colour. The cheese is made from cow's milk and is therefore milder than traditional goat’s cheese. Fløtemys tastes just as good on bread and crispbread as it does with pastries (buns, waffles, etc). Synnøve Fløtemys is boiled in a pot for great flavour.
