Synnøve Rabagast

The cheese lovers from Namsos know that taste is important, so they have come up with a slightly mischievous cheese. Rabagast is tasty, rich and crunchy. Enjoy!

Synnøve Rabagast is made by experienced local oyster makers at Synnøve Findens dairy in Namsos. The cheese is produced from Norwegian milk that is brought in from approx. 150 farms in the Namdal region. The unique taste of the product comes from local ingredients, a completely unique cheese culture and 12 months of storage in the cellar at the cheese factory in Namsos. The cheese is covered with wax so that it retains its good taste until it is eaten.

Synnøve Gårdsost

Gårdsost is a perfect yellow cheese for everyday use with a little more flavor and lots of richness made with milk from farms in Namdalen. Synnøve Gårdsost has been developed in collaboration with farmers Mona Renate at Eid Gård and Marit and Johnny at Ner-Brørs gård. The beautiful landscape in Namdalen, together with hard work from Norwegian farmers, contributes to world-class milk. This milk is further processed at Synnøve's local dairy in Namsos.

Gårdsost is cheesed with a unique cheese culture and stored for 3 months, which gives it a rich taste and plenty of fullness.

Synnøve Fløtemys

Synnøve Fløtemys is a mild brown cheese with a delicate, light colour. The cheese is made from cow's milk and is therefore milder than traditional goat's cheese. Fløtemys tastes just as good on bread and shortbread as it does on pastries (buns, waffles, etc.). Synnøve Fløtemys is cooked in a pot for extra good taste.
