Flavour: Like halloumi, but made from the fresh milk from our cows with a little less salt than the Cypriot halloumi cheese.

Description: The cheese is not as salty as Halloumi, so you can fry it in butter or season it to taste. Cut the cheese into slices of 0.5 - 1 cm and fry it.
