Description: Trøndelag’s alternative to the Greek feta cheese! Made from our fresh cow’s milk and is used in salads and as tapas. It has won gold in the Norwegian cheese championships twice. We made this first Norwegian alternative to salad cheese in 1998, and it is still very popular!
