Description: Rabben Pøyg is an unpasteurised semi-hard cheese that is stored for 2 – 3 months. Rabben is the name of the place where our dairy is located. It means a hill or a terrain formation that is round, like a cheese. A versatile cheese that can be used for many things. As a topping on bread or pizza, or just on its own with a glass of red wine, then the cheese is like the red wine – best at room temperature. The cheese won gold in the Norwegian Cheese Championships in 2021.
