Description: Bukkeblå is a mild, semi-hard white goat’s cheese with blue mould. Made from our own goat's milk. The cheese won gold in the blue cheese category in the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships. The cheese with the product name “kvit geitost” (white goat’s cheese) won silver in the white cheese category.
