We are located in Vestre Gausdal, on a farm called Nordre Berg. We live here with a herd of 45 dairy goats plus young goats and male goats. The farm is run organically, which means that we do everything possible to ensure that the animals thrive, eat high quality food, and can live out their natural behaviour.

Godbiten

The treat is a blue cheese with 50/50 cow's and goat's milk.
Cheese made from cow's and goat's milk from only two farmers.
It has a rich and good taste.

Rørosblå

Firm blue cheese with a rich taste. Rørosblå is produced in cheese wheels of approx. 2 kg and sold whole for division in the shop.

Valdresmeieriet

At our farm in Valdres, our family has processed raw materials from nature for generations, and in 2011 we chose to carry on some of these traditions and established Valdresmeieriet. Today we are located in modern dairy buildings at Fosheim in Røn.

Huldreost

Huldreost – fjellsmak til festbordet – er ein brunost utanom det vanlege, med fjellurtene einebær og kvann og norsk akevitt. Produktet passar perfekt på havrekjeks, som smaksforsterkar i viltretter og dessert, eller som snacks.

Bygdø Kongsgård ysteri

At Bygdø Kongsgård, we run a small craft dairy, which is Oslo's only farm dairy. We sell the cheese and fresh dairy products to local shops and restaurants, and we serve our own products at Gartneriet (the garden centre). All products are organic and certified by Debio. Except for the yogurt, all products are unpasteurised.

Bryn Gardsmeieri

Bryn Gårdsmeieri is a farm established on new land in the 30's. There have always been goats on the farm, but the farm dairy was not established until 2002. Since then, we have processed all the fresh goat's milk ourselves. We produce a wide range of cheeses, and we are constantly developing new products.

Derinngarden

In our small farm dairy, part of the farm's own organic milk is processed into delicious cheeses and natural yoghurt.
Next to the cheese shop, we have a lovely little farm shop you can visit all year round.
