Description: Trippel Jærsk is a white mould cheese with extra cream. It is soft as velvet when young, and it becomes extra creamy as it matures further. Mild, but flavourful and quickly becomes a favourite on the cheese board. Works well with sweet flavours such as sweet biscuits, chocolate and berries.
