Norvegia Økologisk
Norvegia® Organic cheese is made with organic milk from cows that only receive organically produced feed. This means that it is produced without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. The cows get more pasture and hay at the expense of concentrate, and also get more exercise and fresh air. Norvegia® Organic is stored for about 3 months before it finds its way to your fridge. The taste is mild, slightly sour and aromatic, and the cheese has small holes. Norvegia® Ökologisk has good melting properties and a flexible consistency that makes it easy to slice, grate or cut into cubes. Norvegia® Organic is a flavor enhancer that adds a little something extra to both cold and hot dishes.
Norvegia® is a classic in Norwegian fridges, and Norway's most eaten cheese. Everyone has a relationship with the mild good taste of Norvegia®, and for the vast majority of us this is a good relationship that lasts a lifetime. It is a good idea to get hold of real mozzarella that is fresher than ours! The mozzarella is made with 100% organic milk and made completely without artificial additives. The taste is clean, mild and fresh, and it goes perfectly with a caprese with tomato and basil, in salads and on pizza. Feel free to try it with a little olive oil and salt on top, then you will feel how the cheese melts on your tongue.

Rød Ku is a semi-firm red cheese that matures for 3–5 months. It began life solely as a raclette cheese until we discovered it could be used for so much more. This is a so-called 24/7 cheese that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Of course, it is also excellent for making Raclette dinner with as it has particularly good melting power. The cheeses weigh approx. 3–4 kg and is regularly washed with brine during maturation so that it forms the characteristic red putty crust that has given the cheese its name. We are proud of the award Supergold during the World Cheese Awards in Bergen 2018. This means that Rød ku received a gold medal in the World Cheese Championship and ended up among the world's 75 best cheeses. Not bad for a newcomer! Rød Ku also recently received a silver medal during the NM in Gardsost (they are a little stricter than international judges) and the cheese also has a specialty label for unique taste from Matmerk.
