Flavour: Mild and round.

Description: The cheese is made of milk from a mountain farm where the cows go in summer. With a combination of various lactic acid bacteria and maturation with only natural ventilation, it becomes a flavourful cheese already at a young age (about 6-8 weeks). The cheese weighs between 1.5 and 2 kg.
