Flavour: High-fat white cheese with a full-bodied and round flavour that stays in the mouth for a long time.

Description: Mature white cheese, handmade from whole milk from selected farms in Valdres. Matured as cheese wheels on wooden shelves for at least 5 months. Suitable for sandwiches, but can also be cut into cubes and enjoyed as a snack. Melts well and is delicious on pizza, burgers or in an omelette.
