TINE Norsk Edamer is a Norwegian-produced relative of the Dutch Edam cheese. The cheese has many features in common with Norvegia®, but it is usually a little firmer, a little saltier and a little more sour in taste.
Edamer is the Christmas cheese more than any other in Norway. It is very suitable as a topping, in salads, as a side dish and in warm cheese dishes. Edam is a cheese that is very well suited for storage and can be stored for at least six years. Feel free to put the cheese at the bottom of the fridge and leave it for a few years, it will only get better.

Gårdsost is a perfect yellow cheese for everyday use with a little more flavor and lots of richness made with milk from farms in Namdalen. Synnøve Gårdsost has been developed in collaboration with farmers Mona Renate at Eid Gård and Marit and Johnny at Ner-Brørs gård. The beautiful landscape in Namdalen, together with hard work from Norwegian farmers, contributes to world-class milk. This milk is further processed at Synnøve's local dairy in Namsos.
Gårdsost is cheesed with a unique cheese culture and stored for 3 months, which gives it a rich taste and plenty of fullness.

Synnøve Lett Gulost is a lean and flavorful yellow cheese, perfect as a topping and ingredient in a light everyday dinner. Synnøve Lett Yellow cheese has 40% less fat than regular yellow cheese. This is the same variant that was previously called 16% fat - since there is a total of 16% fat in the cheese. Dietary advice: Make low-fat dairy products part of the daily diet. Can be eaten as 1 of 3 daily dairy products.
