Flavour: High-fat Nøkkelost (traditional caraway cheese) with a full-bodied and rich flavour.

Description: Handmade Nøkkelost made of whole milk from farms in Valdres. Based on the Dutch Leyden cheese and seasoned with cumin. Helin is particularly suitable for sandwiches, but it can also be cut into cubes as a snack. Great for gratinating, as it has good melting properties.
