Brown cheese pizza

Ingredients:

3 dl milk

50 g dairy butter

25 g of yeast

60 g of sugar

1 tsp cardamom

0.5 tsp salt

500 g wheat flour

 

2 x 100 g sliced brown cheese

glaze of water and icing sugar

4 tablespoons chopped almonds

 

 

Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour in the milk. Let it get finger warm. Pour it into a baking bowl and stir the yeast into the liquid. Add flour, sugar, cardamom and salt. Knead everything together for at least 5 minutes, cover with cloth and leave the dough warm for about 40 minutes.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out two round pizzas. Place them on baking trays lined with baking paper. Add slices of brown cheese. Leave them to rise for 15 minutes, or until the dough starts to turn golden and the cheese melts. Serve the pizza warm with icing sugar and chopped almonds.
