Description: Brown Goat’s Cheese, cooked in an iron pot on a wood-fired oven for great taste. The goat's milk is separated before the cheese is made, and all the cream is poured back into the brown cheese. The goat’s cream gives the finished cheese a caramel-like, full-bodied flavour and texture, and the cheese melts in the mouth. We make two types; the medium-dark one is sold in shops, while the darkest one is cooked for two days, is sharper, has more flavour and is only sold at the farm or to order.
