Flavour: Mild with short maturation, full-bodied with long storage

Description: Served on biscuits or gingerbread, with sweet accompaniments, or cut into cubes and added to salad. Also suitable for dessert, preferably oven-baked with pear or other fruit, walnuts and honey. Sold in pieces of approx. 150-200g.
