Mozzarella

It is a good idea to get hold of real mozzarella that is fresher than ours! The mozzarella is made with 100% organic milk and made completely without artificial additives. The taste is clean, mild and fresh, and it goes perfectly with a caprese with tomato and basil, in salads and on pizza. Feel free to try it with a little olive oil and salt on top, then you will feel how the cheese melts on your tongue.

Salad cheese

The salad cheese is our own Norwegian version of feta cheese, made from organic cow's milk. The cheese is matured in brine, which makes the cheese porous and rich in flavor, but at the same time mild. We make a natural salad cheese in blocks, and a diced salad cheese that is mixed in the organic rapeseed oil RO together with our own spice mix. The salad cheese is perfect in salads, on the tapas table or just as a snack.

Rygge Meieri

Rygge Meieri is a small dairy that continues the dairy history of the traditional premises at Rygge train station. The dairy was originally established in 1879 and was in active operation until 1947. In 2020, we began a new chapter when we moved into the grand, old buildings and resumed the dairy tradition.
