Description: The cheese is made in Selbu in Trøndelag, and has been developed especially for Norwegian palates. It is well suited to cheese platters, salads, dressings and in hot pasta sauce. Selbu Blå® can be enjoyed on its own, but walnuts and honey taste very good together with the rich blue cheese. In January 2019, Selbu Blå® Smakfull was named winner in the Food Control's test of blue cheeses.
