Osterøy Ysteri & Småfeprodukt er eit familiegardsbruk med ysteri og produksjonslokale. Me har norsk mjølkegeit og sau av rasen gammal norsk spælsau og ynskjer å drive berekraftig og å best mogleg nytte dei ressursane garden kan gje heime og ved stølen i fjellet. Me lagar handverksmat av egne råvarer av mjølk og kjøt. Osten er laga av familien i meir enn 100 år, etter same oppskrift. Ein ubroten familie tradisjon. På stølen kokar me osten på bjørkeved.

Veitastrond Gardsysteri produces goat's cheese according to the recipe of the great-grandfather, and as we have done for generations.
Today, it is run by Beate Flugheim Neset. She is the third generation to produce cheese for sale and took over in 2023. This year, the around 120 goats will be allowed to graze at Vårstølen.

Avdem is located in the mountain village of Lesja – at the top of Gudbrandsdalen, 600 meters above sea level. The farm is among the oldest in the village, around 2000 years old. Since the late 1700s, the farm has been in the same family, and today's farmers are the eighth generation.
