Fjelldronning

Fjelldronning er ein lagra kittmogna ost, ysta av fersk, upasteurisert mjølk frå eigne kyr. Smaken utviklar seg gjennom fleire månader på lager, der vi vaskar og steller osten med stor omsorg. Fjelldronning er premiert i både NM i ost og i World Cheese Awards 2018-2019.
