Description: Norwegian feta cheese type made from cow's milk from farms in Valdres. The salad cheese is well suited for salads, tapas or dinner dishes such as pie, wraps, dinner muffins and similar. Don't throw away the oil, it is great for mixing into pizza dough, sauces or marinades. Our salad cheese was awarded bronze in the Norwegian Cheese Championships in 2019.
