Selbu Norzola

Norzola® is a soft Norwegian blue cheese made in Selbu in Trøndelag. The cheese is tasty and has a flexible, almost spread-like consistency.

The taste can be described as aromatic and rich. The cheese is very suitable for hot dishes such as pasta and pizza, dressings, dips, soups, sauces and cheese creams.

Norzola® was developed and launched in 1975 and can be described as the Norwegian version of the Italian blue cheese Gorgonzola, hence the name Norzola.

Selbu Blå Smakfull

Selbu Blå® is made, as the name suggests, at Selbu in Sør-Trøndelag. The blue mold cheese is of excellent quality - developed especially for Norwegian palates. Selbu Blå® Smakfull has an aromatic and rich taste. It is soft and creamy and is suitable for cheese platters, salads, dressings and in hot pasta sauce. Selbu Blå® can be enjoyed alone, but walnuts and something sweet such as fruit and honey taste very good.

Selbu blå mykere

Selbu Blå® Mykere is a soft, Norwegian blue cheese of very high quality, with a slightly milder taste than the original Selbu Blå® Smakfull, which makes it easy to like even for those who want to start a little cautiously with blue cheese.

The cheese is very versatile, as it can easily be spread on biscuits, crackers and bread with its spreadable texture. It can also be advantageously used in cooking, such as on pizza and in pies, as it gives the dishes an exciting boost of flavor without taking over the entire taste picture.

The cheese differs slightly from the others in the series with its crescent-shaped packaging.
