<p>Eden er en diamantformet rødkittost med kremet konsistens. Den modnes først med melkesopp [3] , før den bades i norsk sider [2] . Sideren fremmer rødkittmodningen og tilfører fruktnoter til smaken. Osten utvikler en karakteristisk aroma, samtidig som den friske melkesmaken bevares. Hver ost veier 200g.</p>

<p>I kjelleren under ysteriet har vi en ostegrotte, hvor Pan modnes under naturlige forhold. Annen hver dag settes overflaten av osten inn med ysteriets egen modningskultur. Denne kulturen er utviklet i grotten, og gir osten dens karakteristiske smak, aroma og rosa farge. Pan modnes i seks uker før den pakkes i vokset papir for å fullføre modningen.</p>
<p>Ett ostehjul veier 1,2–1,5 kg</p>
