Lord Garvagh is a pasteurized, semi-firm red whale cheese that has been washed in salt water. The cheese tastes best if it is allowed to sit for at least a couple of months. He inherited the name from the British nobleman Lord Garvagh, who thrived well in the mountain home in the area in the very old days.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Kubbeosten av geitemjølk er ein modna kremost, som er modna med mjølkesopp. Ofte vert denne ostetypen kalla chevre. Osten fekk ein gjev bronsemedalje i oste-VM i 2018. Trefjølene som Kubbeostane ligg på, er laga i samarbeid med Vinn Hallingdal. Trefjølene er eit ledd i den  lokale verdiskapinga. Viktig for osten, bonden og miljøet.</p>
<p>Kva med å skjære ei god skive og varme den i eit par minutter i ovnen, og servere med solbærsirup og nokre hasselnøtter vendt i varmt sukker?</p>
