It is matured in the southern European way to get an optimal balance of flavors and a round, aromatic sweetness. The cheese was awarded a bronze medal at the Cheese World Cup in 2018, the same year it was launched, and has also been honored with the Specialty Mark for unique taste from the Norwegian Food Foundation.
