Vesterhaugen Gårdsysteri er et lite småbruk som er blitt drevet økologisk i snart 30 år. Vi har et allsidig husdyrhold, med melkeku, griser, hest og høner. All melken fra våre fire melkekuer av den gamle norske rasen STN foredles på gården. Vi produserer pultost, smør og rømme.

We live in Vestre Gausdal, on a farm called Nordre Berg. We live there together with a herd of 45 dairy goats plus young animals and bucks. The farm is run organically, which means that we do everything to ensure that the animals thrive, receive high-quality forage, and are allowed to live their natural behaviour.
